We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager who will play a critical role in leading the company's financial planning process, developing forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic financial insights to support data-driven business decisions. This role will work closely with operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial planning efforts with company objectives. The FP&A Manager will drive financial clarity, assist in the preparation of reports, and help the company maintain financial transparency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and refine the company's annual budget, forecast, and financial projections.
- Conduct variance analysis, providing detailed insights into budget vs. actual performance.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management, including detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, particularly for revenue and capital expenditure planning.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions and strategic planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to prepare presentations for executive reviews, highlighting financial insights and recommendations.
- Continuously assess and improve processes related to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Support the Director of FP&A with special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and scenario planning.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional financial planning processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
