We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will play a key role in developing Alpha Inc.'s financial plans and analyzing performance to support business decision-making. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, collaborating with the operations team to align financial planning with company objectives. Your insights will support strategic decision-making and drive financial clarity for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and managing the company’s annual budget and forecast.
• Perform variance analysis to provide insights on budget vs. actual performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, offering detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting for revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.
• Support the Director of FP&A in preparing presentations for senior leadership with data-driven insights.
• Continuously improve processes related to financial planning and analysis.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and scenario planning.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional financial planning processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience.
