Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phones and voicemail for the HR department.
- Assist with New Hire Onboarding (NHO), including paperwork, benefits, tours, and setting up work essentials like keys and phones.
- Address benefits and payroll inquiries from employees.
- Maintain employee files and organize onboarding paperwork.
- Assist with evaluation preparation, ensuring paperwork and pay rates are up-to-date.
- Support onboarding tasks, including paperwork management, coordinating orientation, and working with other departments for a smooth employee handoff.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in HR administration is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
